Job requirements
1. Majors related to semiconductors, optical communications, optoelectronics, opt∏ical fibers, optics, etc;
2. More than two years of experience in the optical commu↔nication device industry;
3. Have a deep understanding of optical components in optica∑l transceiver modules, especially high-speed optical c<omponents (experience in coupling optical communication devices is preferred );
4. Familiar with the optoelectronic and electro-opt♥ical performance of optical communication devices and their testing methods;
5. Have good knowledge in optics, electronics, mechanics, and other ±fields, and be able to participate in basic optical and mechanical d esign.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechatronics or mechan↕ical related fields;
2. More than 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in th∏e automation equipment manufacturing industry, with ove∏r 3 years of team management experience, possessing the ability to install and ®mobilize automation equipment;
3. Possess rich knowledge of equipment manufacturing processes, p>roficient in preparing assembly and debugging SOP d≤ocuments;
4. Proficient in using Pro-E or Solidworks, AutoCAD, Minitab, or ot©her statistical tool software;
5. Outgoing and optimistic personality, strong communication skills, proactive and harλdworking;
6. Experience in the design and manufacturing of optoelectronic semiconduct✘or equipment, with priority given to lean producti♠on, 6-Sigma, and excellent performance project experienc•e.
